GW Omics Data Science Workshop
We organize the GW Omics Data Science workshop. The first round is open only to GW and Children's hospital community. The focus of the workshop will be Meta'omic Analyses with a focus on metabolites analysis and microbial communities. The registration is open at the GW Omics Data Science Workshop: Downstream Analysis and Biomarker Discovery. The workshop is a joint effort between the GW Computational Biology Institute and world leader labs in the metagenomics and metabolomics research field.
